By accessing or using CSCA.ai, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify support@csca.ai promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Users under the age required to enter contracts in their country must use the service with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

CSCA.ai provides educational resources, practice questions, mock tests, progress tracking, exam information, and related support for CSCA preparation and university admissions. Available features may differ between free and paid plans and may change as the platform develops.

CSCA.ai is an independent preparation platform. Unless expressly stated, we are not the official CSCA examination body, a university, or an admissions authority. Practice scores, explanations, estimated readiness, and guidance are educational tools only and do not guarantee an exam result, admission decision, scholarship, visa, or other outcome.

You are responsible for confirming official requirements, dates, fees, policies, and decisions with the relevant examination body, university, or authority.

Prices and included features are shown before purchase. By submitting payment, you authorize the displayed charge and agree to provide valid billing information. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or eSewa under their own terms.

Except where a specific refund policy is presented at purchase or applicable law requires otherwise, completed digital-service purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided. Contact support@csca.ai if you believe a charge is incorrect.

You may use CSCA.ai only for lawful, personal educational purposes. You must not share paid account access; copy, sell, publish, or distribute platform content; scrape or systematically download content; attempt to bypass access controls; interfere with platform security or availability; submit malicious code; impersonate another person; or use the service to facilitate cheating or academic misconduct.

CSCA.ai and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, including its software, branding, interface, questions, explanations, graphics, and educational materials. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for CSCA preparation in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

If you submit messages, support materials, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s rights. You grant CSCA.ai the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, and use that content to operate and support the service.

If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve CSCA.ai without restriction or compensation.

The platform may link to payment providers, universities, examination bodies, or other third-party services. Their services, content, availability, and privacy practices are controlled by those third parties. CSCA.ai is not responsible for third-party services or for transactions you make directly with them.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you. By using CSCA.ai, you acknowledge those data practices.

We work to keep CSCA.ai available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, update, add, remove, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We may correct content, pricing, or technical errors.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, misuse platform content, fail to pay applicable charges, or interfere with other users. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting support@csca.ai. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

To the extent permitted by law, CSCA.ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make warranties about uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific educational, examination, admissions, or financial results. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, CSCA.ai and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or educational outcomes arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to CSCA.ai for the service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event, or the minimum amount required by law if greater.

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
